These terms describe the general rules for using the TaxicabTransfer platform, requesting transfer services and managing bookings.
1. Platform role
TaxicabTransfer provides technology and booking tools for arranging private transfer services. Depending on the market and booking, transportation may be performed by an approved local transport supplier.
2. Booking information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate passenger, flight, pickup, destination and contact information. Incorrect or incomplete information can affect service delivery.
3. Pricing and payment
The price shown during the booking flow is based on the selected route, vehicle, extras and available commercial rules. Payment method and payment status are shown in the booking.
4. Changes and cancellation
Where the booking policy permits, online changes and cancellation are available until 24 hours before the scheduled pickup. Different contractual or market-specific conditions may apply where clearly disclosed.
5. Supplier operations
Local transport suppliers are expected to use licensed vehicles and drivers and to comply with applicable passenger-transport requirements in their market.
6. Platform availability
TaxicabTransfer may update routes, prices, vehicle availability and platform features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access during maintenance or events outside reasonable technical control.
